Process

Here we explore what your needs are, what you're looking for in therapy and in a therapist, what your scheduling needs are, discuss fees, and answer any other questions or concerns you may have.

If we determine that we are a good fit, we will schedule a first session and I will promptly provide you with the necessary intake paperwork (which includes informed consent) via a secure platform that can be completed electronically.

During our initial 50-minute sessions, we delve into a comprehensive and holistic discussion regarding your presenting issues, relevant background and history, and goals.
Through this open and collaborative conversation, we work together to develop a treatment plan that is tailored specifically to your unique needs.
Afterwards, we meet weekly (or biweekly) where we will work together towards achieving your desired goals for therapy.
